your software. We will help you in any way we can. Here are our
support policies:
Custom Programming:
If your getting a custom application written for you, support is
included to help you get the software installed and make sure it
is working properly. You have thirty days to make sure your
application is working properly. After that, there will be a
29.95 per incident technical support fee for any assistance you
may need. Please understand that this fee is only to cover our
costs of support and administration, and is not an attempt to
profit from our customers needing support.
Pre-Written custom applications:
These applications are written as is, and if support is
required, there will be a 29.95 per incident technical support
fee for any assistance you may need. You may request support via
E-mail, which is free, however, if it become too advanced, you
may need to call. If you request changes to an existing program
you purchased, a 2 hour minimum programming fee does apply.
